Privacy Policy

Last updated 9 October 2026

We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Data Protection Officer: David Cheong, hello@respassport.com.

What we collect

  • Account details: name, email, mobile number.
  • Study data: your answers, scores, time spent, the reasons you give for wrong answers, your Level and weak topics, and your exam date.
  • Chats with DC, your AI study coach.
  • Payment details: handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
  • Device and usage data (for example browser type and pages used), to keep the app working and improve it.

Why we use it

  • To run your account, your subscription, renewal reminders and receipts.
  • To personalise your study plan, questions and coaching.
  • To improve our questions and spot errors (using combined, anonymised results).
  • To send service messages. Marketing messages (for example about other programmes) are sent only with your consent, and you can opt out anytime. We check the Do Not Call Registry where required.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need, under contract: Stripe (payments), Google Firebase (hosting and database), Anthropic (to power DC's replies), and our email providers (Resend for account emails and MailerLite for study tips and updates). We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

While your account is active, and for up to 2 years after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer (for example payment records).

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@respassport.com. Deleting your account removes your study history.
