Who we are

RES Passport (respassport.com) is owned by 22 Destiny (UEN 53530015L), Singapore, and run by David Cheong ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@respassport.com.

RES Passport is an independent revision aid for the Singapore Real Estate Salesperson (RES) Examination. We are not a CEA Approved Course Provider, and we are not endorsed by or connected with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA). Our practice questions are our own. The answers we give are suggested answers, not CEA's official answers.

No guarantee of results

We do our best to keep our content accurate and up to date, but laws and policies change and mistakes can happen. We do not guarantee that you will pass the RES Examination. Your result depends on your own preparation. Always check important facts with your course provider and the official sources.

Your account

• You must give accurate details and keep your login private.
• One account is for one person. Sharing an account or login is not allowed and may lead to suspension without refund.
• You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's consent.

Plans and prices

• You choose Paper 1, Paper 2 or Both, and a plan:

• Prices are in Singapore dollars.
• Trial price lock. If you subscribe before your free trial ends, you pay the trial price, and every renewal of that subscription is charged at the same trial price for as long as it stays active without a break. If you subscribe after your trial ends, or your subscription ends (by cancellation or failed payment) and you subscribe again, the standard price applies.
• We may change standard prices for new subscriptions. We will not raise the price of an active subscription that has the trial price lock. For other active subscriptions, we will tell you at least 14 days before a price change applies to you.
• The Both-papers price is only available if you choose Both when you first subscribe. If you start with one paper and add the other later, the second paper is charged at the full single-paper price as a separate subscription.
• If you pass one paper, you may switch from Both to the remaining paper. The new price applies from your next renewal.

4A. Retake Protection (Silver and Gold)

• If you are on a Silver or Gold plan, sit the RES Examination for the paper(s) on your plan, and do not pass, we will extend your subscription free of charge until the end of the next RES Examination sitting (Gold: up to the end of the second following sitting).
• To qualify, all of these must apply: (a) your Silver or Gold subscription was active on your exam date; (b) before your exam date you completed at least one full mock exam and at least 300 practice questions in the app; (c) you upload your official result slip within 14 days of the results being released.
• The extension covers only the paper(s) on your plan that you did not pass. It is given once per subscription (Gold: twice), has no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• During the free extension, no renewal is charged. When it ends, your subscription continues at your normal renewal price unless you cancel.
• We may decline a claim that does not meet these conditions or that we reasonably believe is not genuine.

Free trial

• New members get one 3-day free trial. No payment card is needed to start it.
• During the trial, some features have fair-use limits (for example, a daily number of practice questions and AI tutor messages, and one full mock exam). The limits are shown in the app.
• When the trial ends, access stops unless you choose a paid plan. You are never charged unless you subscribe.
• One free trial per person. We verify your mobile number to enforce this, and we may refuse or end a trial that is opened again under different details.

Automatic renewal

• All plans renew automatically at the end of each period, and your card is charged the plan price, until you cancel.
• We send renewal reminders before each renewal (Bronze: 3 days before; Silver: 7 days and 1 day before; Gold: 10, 5 and 1 day before).
• If a payment fails, we will retry and ask you to update your card. Access may be paused if payment is not made within 3 days.

Cancellation and refunds

• You can cancel anytime in Account. Cancelling stops your next renewal.
• Cancellation does not give a refund. We do not refund the current period, including after a trial converts or a plan renews automatically.
• After you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• We may, at our discretion, give a refund for duplicate charges or a technical fault on our side.

Using our content

• All questions, case studies, mocks, explanations, key point sheets, glossaries, videos and other content belong to us. You may use them for your own personal study only.
• You must not copy, share, sell, record, screenshot for distribution, or publish our content, or use it to train AI models or to run classes, without our written permission.

DC, your AI study coach

• DC is an AI study coach, not a human, and not David Cheong in person. It may make mistakes. Check important facts with your course provider and the official sources.
• DC does not give advice on real property transactions, or legal or financial matters.
• Daily message limits may apply. Don't share personal or client information in chats.

Live Q&A and coaching

• Live Q&A sessions are included while your subscription is active. Times may change.
• One-to-one coaching is sold separately under its own terms.

Reporting errors

If you think a question or answer is wrong, please use "Report this question". We review reports and fix errors as quickly as we can.

Changes to the service or these terms

We may update the app, content and these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you in advance. If you continue using RES Passport after the change, you accept the new terms.

Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms (for example account sharing or copying content), without refund.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for exam results. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
